We offer exchanges or store credit on full-priced ready-to-wear items under the following conditions:

• Requests must be made within 5 working days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, free from stains or damage

• All tags and original packaging must be intact

Once approved, you will receive:

• An exchange (subject to availability), or

• Store credit for future purchases

Refunds are not offered.

All couture, bridal, and custom-made pieces are final sale.

This includes:

• Bespoke bridal garments

• Custom occasion wear

• Made-to-measure pieces

• Any item altered or approved during fittings

Due to their personalized nature, these pieces are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

All items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear images and your order details

Once verified, we will:

• Repair, replace, or exchange the item, or

• Issue store credit where applicable

Delivery charges are only refundable in cases of faulty items.

To request a return or exchange:

• Contact our team via email or WhatsApp with your order details

• Wait for confirmation and return instructions

• Return the item to our processing unit

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client

• Items remain the client's responsibility until received and confirmed by us

• Exchanges are processed only after returned items are received and approved.

Returns are inspected within 1-3 working days of receipt.

Approved exchanges or store credits are processed shortly after.

• Adjustments and alterations may be offered at an additional cost

• Any item approved after fittings and returned for changes will incur alteration fees
