  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. How Long does it take to get my order? • Orders within Lagos are delivered within 5-7 working days once payment has been confirmed and 7-10 working days for international orders. • Exceptions: Custom Orders under the ready to wear section are 7-10 working days for local orders and 10-15 working days for international orders. • Express Orders: this is dependent on product availability, kindly send in an email to confirm before proceeding.
  • What is your Payment Policy?
    • Orders are only processed after payment has been confirmed. • We accept Bank Transfer to our Naira, UK, US and EUR account, Credit / Debit Card payments.   • Are your pieces true to size?
    • Some styles may run True-to-size / Run-Large / Run-Small. Please check product description or product specific size guide if there may be style specific size variation or you can also call customer care for sizing assistance.
  • Alterations?
    • We strongly advice custom size clients to come in for a fitting! Or request to send in images or videos of the pieces on them for virtual fittings if they are unable to come in to the studio. * Additional cost on custom order alterations are determined at drop-off
  • Return Policy
    We accept exchanges and offer Store Credit for full priced items, in good condition, sent back in to the store 5 working days after receiving. • The customer will bear the delivery cost of shipping for an exchange - Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged. • All Custom Sizing Sales are final. • All Sales items are Final. •All items approved by the client after fittings, and brought back in for alterations is at the cost of alterations.
  • Delivery Policy
    Processing time Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. During sales and high volume periods processing time is 3-4 days. Shipping rates Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location. Pre-Order Items Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items. Dispatch notification If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to sheyeoladejo@gmail.com including your order number. Item not delivered? If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced. Customs and Duties Charges Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside the US) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. SheyeOadejo has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers responsibility. In rare cases that your package arrives from multiple warehouses if it is unavailable in one location, duties may apply depending on your shipping address. Pickups
 The Lagos office is open for pickups. We encourage all urgent orders to choose this shipping option.
