Order Processing

All orders undergo a preparation phase before dispatch:

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days

During high-volume periods, processing may take 3–4 working days

Processing time is separate from delivery timelines

For pre-order or made-to-order pieces, processing begins from the production date specified on the product page.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines vary based on product type and location:

Ready-to-Wear

Lagos: 1–3 working days after dispatch

Nationwide: 3–7 working days

International: 5–10 working days

Couture & Custom

Delivery timelines are dependent on production schedules and will be communicated during consultation or upon order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size

International shipping costs vary depending on destination

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

You will receive a dispatch notification with delivery details

Tracking information will be provided where applicable

If you do not receive a dispatch update within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number

Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

International Deliveries & Duties

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched:

Delivery is handled by the assigned courier service

The Brand is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners

In cases where a package cannot be traced, a replacement may be arranged.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

Unavailability of recipient

The client may be responsible for redelivery costs.

Lagos Pickup Option

Clients may opt for in-store pickup from our Lagos location for urgent orders

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items may be shipped separately based on availability. You will be notified if your order is dispatched in multiple deliveries.
