From Instagram Inspiration to a Dream Wedding Experience

For Temitope, her journey with Sheye Oladejo started long before her wedding day. After seeing a design created for Bonang Matheba at an award show, she instantly connected with the brand’s aesthetic and made a personal decision.

“When I get married, I’m going to use Sheye.”

Years later, when it was finally time to create her wedding reception look, there was no second-guessing. She reached out to us and, within 24 hours, her consultation was booked, and the process had already begun.

Despite living in Abuja while we operated from Lagos, the experience felt seamless from start to finish. Every conversation, fitting discussion, and design review was handled with ease, professionalism, and care.

As the process evolved, Temitope decided she also wanted her aso-oke look designed by us, which was not part of the initial plan. Even with the additional request and tight timeline, both outfits were delivered beautifully and on schedule.

What made the experience even more memorable was the emotional connection she developed with the final pieces. “I still have a hard time choosing my favourite because I loved both of them so much”.

For her, the experience reflected everything the brand stands for: beauty, excellence, intentionality, and attention to detail.
