At the heart of SheyeOladejo is Oluwaseye Oladejo, a designer whose work is shaped by intention, culture, craftsmanship, and an enduring belief in the power of feminine elegance.
Raised in Ile-Ife within the serene landscape and architectural richness of Obafemi Awolowo University, Oluwaseye’s appreciation for beauty began long before fashion became her profession. Surrounded by nature, structure, artistry, and heritage, she developed an early sensitivity to detail, form, and storytelling, elements that continue to define the SheyeOladejo aesthetic today.
Although she earned a degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, her creative instincts consistently drew her toward design and artistic expression. What began as a childhood love for creating handmade pieces gradually evolved into a purposeful journey in fashion, rooted in identity, emotion, and refinement.
Alongside her creative practice, Oluwaseye has intentionally developed a multidisciplinary understanding of business, luxury, and human behavior. She pursued an MBA at Lagos Business School, earned a certification in Behavioral Science from Yale University, and completed studies in Luxury Business at HEC Paris, experiences that continue to shape the strategic and emotional depth behind the SheyeOladejo brand.
Through SheyeOladejo, she has created a world where timeless femininity meets modern African luxury. The brand is distinguished by its refined craftsmanship, couture sensibility, minimal elegance, and signature detailing. Every piece is approached with precision and care, balancing structure with softness, sophistication with emotion, and modernity with heritage.
Her work draws inspiration from architecture, travel, Yoruba culture and folklore, nature, and the quiet beauty of everyday life.
