RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
SheyeOladejo accepts returns on ready to wear items within 5 working days of purchase, we’ll offer exchanges on the basis that the pieces are returned in good condition with no stains or tear.
However returns are not accepted on custom orders (be it ready to wear, or bridal), items bought on sale or at a discount

For all returns and exchanges, the customer will bear the delivery cost of shipping.
The customer will be responsible for ensuring that the item gets to our processing unit.
Once the item for return is received by us, we’ll acknowledge receipt and only then will we ship the exchanged item to the customer

RETURN POLICY
• We accept exchanges and offer Store Credit for full priced items, in good condition, sent back in to the store 5 working days after receiving.
• The customer will bear the delivery cost of shipping for an exchange
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged.
• All Custom Sizing Sales are final.
• All Sales items are Final.
•All items approved by the client after fittings, and brought back in for alterations is at the cost of alterations.
REFUNDS
SheyeOladejo does not offer refunds but we can offer store credit for items returned in good condition within the 5 days window
